This is a case by case basis. I do give grace to all of my clients. I will charge up to 30% of the appointment for any no-shows or cancelations. If card is not on file then it will be charged at your next appointment. Cancelations/reschedules must be done before 24 hours of service. Repeat cancelations/reschedules will be charged the 20%. Please give me a call or text for the cancelation to avoid confusion. You may cancel the appointment online as well but if done after the 24 hours then it is up to the basis of the cancelation.
